PhotoVoltaic Systems

Panels

A reliable investment for your future

Here’s How it Works

Roof mounted solar modules harvest the FREE energy of the sun in the form of DC current, which is then passed through an Inverter and converted into usable AC current.

The AC current then feeds the loads on the service panel (Fusebox),Charges the back-up batteries (on stand alone or back-up systems) ,and sells the excess power generated back to the utility company.

At FPS we engineer our systems for a 25 year life expectancy, the installation methods and materials make all the difference in system payback time.

Premium mounting sub structures (Unirac),penetration flashing, and proper wire connections are just a few ways we help our customers get the most kwh for the Dollar.

The Solar Power System that Pays for Itself

p

Many of our customers rave about their reduced energy bills each month, and all of them say the same thing:

"Solar Power pays for itself in just a couple of years!"

Incentives for Solar purchases

Federal Tax Credits

s

The Government is issuing a federal tax credit that is worth 30% of the purchase price of the solar  system for any residential or commercial system installed (no maximum). To benefit from this credit see form 5695 from the IRS.

Plus the government is also adding a Modified Accelerated Cost-Recovery System (MACRS) which is an accelerated depreciation method, this allows businesses to depreciate the actual cost of a Photovoltaic system over a five year time frame.

Positive Cash Flow

In many cases, our customers are able to offset their financing payment with savings that the PV system produces.

Financial Savings
A solar power system can reduce your power consumtion by 50 to 100%!!  You will rest assured knowing that the electricity you and your family are using every day is coming from the infinite energy provided by the sun.

Home Equity
You will be adding equity into your home by employing the use of renewable energy equipment. For every $1,000 reduction in annual operating expenses a home typically increases $20,000 in equity.

Environmental Benefits
Reduce the pollution that is put into the atmosphere by offsetting your electric usage with PV. This is the environmentally responsible thing for you to do your part in helping the planet.

Help the Community by helping Yourself
Your reduction of electrical consumption from the grid will help stabilize the electrical grid during peak loading times. This will reduce costs to generate ‘dirty’ electricity and reduce costs for the electricity you must purchase from the utility.

Energy Independence
Help protect the United States vulnerability to foreign energy market trends and fluctuations. Keep more money in the U.S. and help to make us all more energy independent!

Your local power company may also offer incentives for installing a solar system, www.dsireusa.org
